How billing works

You pay for CloudQube in two ways: a monthly plan, and one-off payments for domains.

Your monthly plan

The plan costs €10 per project per month, excluding VAT. You pay the first month at checkout, and that payment also saves your payment method for renewals. After that, on the same day each month, we charge the plan for each of your projects plus any add-ons. A project you add partway through the month joins at the next renewal, and a suspended or deleted project stops counting. You get an email two days before every charge, and a VAT invoice for every payment.

Add-ons belong to a single project. A bigger email tier, for example, raises the send allowance of the project you bought it for and leaves your other projects as they are. Adding one charges only the prorated rest of your current month. Removing one takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep it for the time you’ve already paid for.

One-off purchases

Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are single payments at checkout, priced per name and confirmed before you pay. If a purchase can’t be completed after you’ve paid (say the name was taken in the meantime), we refund the payment automatically and send you a credit note.

If a plan payment fails

Your services keep running while we retry over the next two weeks, and we email you each time. If we still can’t collect the payment by then, the plan ends. From there it works the same as cancelling: if you hold a domain you registered through us, your projects are paused within the hour. We warn you after 30 days, and after 37 days we delete those projects and their data for good. Subscribing again before that brings them back.

What we don’t do

There are no overage bills. When a project uses up its email sends or bandwidth, that service pauses until the allowance resets, and analytics keeps counting past its allowance at no extra cost. You can cancel whenever you like, and the plan runs until the end of the month you paid for. Domains cost what the search shows, plus VAT.
