Your data & privacy

CloudQube is built to keep your data in the EU and under your control.

  • EU-hosted. The services we run for you, and the data we host, live on EU infrastructure, and we don’t use non-EU sub-processors. One deliberate exception is under your control: if you point a custom connection or an uptime monitor at an endpoint outside the EU, we call that endpoint at your instruction.
  • We provision on your behalf. CloudQube holds the provider accounts and sets services up for you, so you don’t manage separate cloud consoles. Sensitive values (passwords, connection strings, tokens) are encrypted at rest.
  • No lock-in. You can export your data and transfer your domains out at any time. See Leaving CloudQube.
