Your data & privacy

CloudQube is built to keep your data in the EU and under your control.

The services we run for you, and the data we host, live on EU infrastructure, and we don’t use non-EU sub-processors. There’s one exception, and you decide on it: if you point a custom connection or an uptime monitor at an endpoint outside the EU, we call that endpoint because you asked us to.

We hold the provider accounts and set services up on your behalf, so you don’t have to manage separate cloud consoles. Sensitive values such as passwords and tokens are encrypted at rest.

You can take your data with you whenever you like. Account → Data & privacy has a download of your account data, and you can transfer your domains out at any time. See Leaving CloudQube for the full route.
