Leaving CloudQube

There’s no lock-in. If you decide to leave, take what’s yours first, then close your account.

1. Export your data. Download your account data (profile, projects, invoices, and more). See Export your data.

2. Move any domains you want to keep. Transfer them out to another registrar before you close your account. We give you the authorization code and unlock the domain.

3. Delete your account from Account → Data.

Deletion is immediate

Deleting your account decommissions the services we provisioned for you (sites, email, DNS) and erases your data straight away, with no grace period. Export anything you want to keep, and move out any domains, first.

Domains are the one thing that isn’t destroyed on deletion (cancelling a live domain is usually the wrong thing to do), so transfer out any you want to keep before you go.
