Leaving CloudQube

If you decide to leave, you can take what’s yours with you first and then close your account.

1. Download your data

   Under Account → Data & privacy, choose Export your data to download your account data (profile, projects, domains, email, invoices and more) as a JSON file. Invoice PDFs are on the Billing page, and each email qube can export its inbox as an mbox file.

2. Move the domains you want to keep

   Transfer them out to another registrar before you close your account. We give you the authorization code and unlock the domain.

3. Delete your account

   You’ll find this under Account → Data & privacy as well.

Deletion is immediate

Deleting your account shuts down the services we set up for you and erases your data straight away, with no grace period. Download anything you want to keep and move your domains out before you delete.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your domain registrations, because cancelling a live domain is rarely what anyone wants. Once the account is gone, though, you can’t renew those domains or get their transfer codes any more, so they’ll expire at the end of their term. Transfer out any domain you want to keep before you go.
